CSR-Evaluator Ltd is an independent company that developed The Evaluator to help organisations accurately and cost effectively assess the likely impacts of social, environmental and economic (the triple bottom line) issues on their business processes and people.
Our senior team comprises highly experienced specialists drawn from environmental management, legal, financial auditing, regulatory compliance, human resources, NGO’s and communicatio ns. Many members of the team have been specialising in corporate responsibility management and sustainable development issues since they came to the fore in the late 1980’s.
We see CSR/Sustainable Development as a fundamental aspect of 21st century business. By pursuing opportunities and managing risks and business impacts a company can drive forward growth and prosperity to create long term value creation for all stakeholders and shareholders.
Our name is derived from our belief that companies who want to move into the 21st Century will need to fully evaluate the intringistic links between financial, environmental and social issues now and in the future to create sustainable and high performing organisations.
The framework of The Evaluator is built upon best practice business risk management process and auditing platforms incorporating internationally recognized standards and guidance manuals such as GRI (Global Reporting Initiative), AA1000AS (AccountAbility 1000AS), ISAE3000 revised (International Standards for Assurance Engagements), Committed2Equality (UK-Commission for Racial Equality Assessment tool) and specific market specific guideline.
The Evaluator’s aim is to act as a diagnostic methodology that drills into existing company processes and tools to:
- achieve company wide and stakeholder buy-in for improved processes and reporting
- control the number of unexpected process failures now and in the future
- reduce the predictive timeframe for potential business challenges
- enhance the company’s financial, environmental and social reputation and performance
